- I have the awesome privelege of being Maya and Maria's Mom. And they are perfect. Absolutely perfect. Maya was born in Esquintla, Guatemala on July 26, 2005. Maria was born in Poptun, Guatemala on March 6, 2007. They do not have my eyes, my hair, or my nose. But they have my heart!

Happy Gotcha Day sweet Maya Papaya. Looks like you had fun at the beach. I can clearly remember meeting your mom and dad while we were nervously waiting to meet you and Lily! You two are just perfect. I'm so happy we get to share this special day with you!
